Upon BIS’s specific requests, Helen team has successfully developed a well-rounded solution with 3 components:
– MANAGEMENT PORTAL: The administration can control bus lists, and keep track of their routes, students’ safety & attendance. The school can also work closely with its staff and customers in one portal.
– PARENT APP: This helps parents stay instantly updated about their children’s status on the bus and at school, see their real-time location on phones, and check pick-up/drop-off points/route history at their fingertips.
– STAFF APP: Staff could double-check students’ attendance and send notifications to parents.
During the project, Helen team has discussed closely with Ms. Ha Anh – Bus Manager of BIS Hanoi to offer distinct features meeting the department’s needs and provide 24/24 support.
